Company vehicle to take home Independent Flexible schedule

Cons

They don’t buy us company attire. So unless they are feeling generous you probably won’t get more than a few work shirts every 3 years. I haven’t gotten 40 hours a week in over a year. I want to work, but they don’t schedule enough. 5 years with the company and trainees at Safelite make more.

Lots of personal attention from management, so they seem to care. Flexible schedule, and no unrealistic expectations. Good pay and new tools were available. Chill atmosphere but everyone still gets stuff done

Cons

Some of the vans need to be updated, and traffic in Jacksonville sucks
