Management is hesitant to change core group of employees way of operations. Strive for excellence but do not prepare new employees for success. Terrible at meeting deadlines due to being short staffed in dispatch and ordering department. employees are over worked and under appreciated. Preach family first but the Glass Doctor family must be first. Rather hire management of yes employees rather than looking inward at fixing core problems. If ask too many questions pertaining to how other departments are unable to get better with resolving customer service will force you out slowly from the company. Under Pay sales department to over pay technicians, deduct earned commissions due to honest mistakes made from sales teams rather the handling problem first and assisting employees to be better.
