-A lot of autonomy to the job as we chose, with guidelines to follow -Dysfunctional family environment, but we love to celebrate each other -Dogs are sometimes allowed :)

Cons

-Smaller company so we don't have 401k -Probably will never be able to have 4 day work weeks, but least they allow us to work remotely when we can
