Pros

A very small number of the employees actually care about doing quality work, and helping customers.

Cons

Flat out lying to customers. Management does not care about employees. Vehicles are left in disrepair. Any suggestions for improvement are disregarded, even if it would be productive for business. Many of the tools and other equipment are barely working or broken all together. Management will go out of their way to over-promise to customers and always under-deliver. Building code laws are disregarded in favor of profit. Absolutely ZERO communication between technicians-office-management. Jobs are often pushed back or details changed or overlooked leading to dissatisfied customers looking at you (the technician) for answers. ZERO training for new employees, the term "you'll figure it out" gets thrown around quite often. Forget about any benefits. You will not be respected as an employee. The owner very much values quantity over quality. The technician that does the job correctly and gets stellar customer reviews is valued much less than the technician that lies to customers just to obtain a sale.

Pros

None at all. I left the company on my own accord as unemployment was a better option.

Cons

low salary, no benefits, general lack of respect from ownership towards employees.I worked there for about 1 year. I just learned that the owner of this company fired the best part of the organization, the office manager. He was the only thing that made being there tolerable. Sad, the owner couldn't see him for what he was worth, instead, he berated him, insulted him and maligned his religion. In any other organization, the owner would have been shown the door.

Pros

The pros about this company is that there are steady hours and a steady income. It has decent pay as well.

Cons

Please think before you work here. After only one month after I started, I began to realize the truth behind the scenes. The two main managers act like a bunch of children and are very cruel if you ever get on their bad side. They believe they run the show and even if you have lots of experience, they will still micromanage your work and degrade you. Yes, there are a handful of really good workers there, but if you don't like working with immature managers, then don't accept this job. I have seen lots of great workers leave this company because they are not treated fairly. The managers have been known to cuss at their employees and yell at them consistently. It is not a good work environment.
