Pros

I honestly cannot say anything positive about working for this company. The only reason I gave them a "VERY DISSATISFIED" rating is because there was no lower rating as an option

Cons

Upper Management very verbally, mentally abusive to employees, the pay in definitely not equivalent to work load. Has no regard for employees skills and/or experience with the company. Employees are expected to disregard their families and put company first. Company benefits are taken away at the managements discretion, with no prior notice to employees. Absolutely no room for promotion. All labor laws are severely ignored, and this company discriminates on basis of age, sex, and race. After 17 years with the company and getting the new owner set up with everything involved for a smooth transition, I was terminated for one reason on paper and when the franchise manager has a few moments alone in my office with me, he stated I was being terminated due to the owner saving more money by letting me go rather than the other girl in the office(who only has 1 year with the company) because I received company benefits. Just a few days prior to terminating me, I was asked to terminate other girl in office due to the company is out of funds, but after looking at the numbers they decided to get rid of me, the other girl didn't received any type of benefits, so of course after only 1 year of her service from her and my 17 years of service, they decided to let me go. Upper Management has no glass experience what so ever and made it very clear to me after the so called witness left my office the true reason for me being terminated. Not to mention the 6 weeks of vacation I earned and they refused to pay me when they terminated me. Money was taken from my pay wrongfully, without me signing anything agreeing to it , and that is a major labor law infraction.
