Pros

None at all. The free lunches are disgusting and often run out before everyone can eat.

Cons

You'll be making just above McDonalds wage and be managed by absolute clowns. Environment is extremely toxic as everyone is overworked and underpaid. I worked here for almost 2 years with perfect metrics and was given a .5% raise just before I quit. Working now at a competitor where I'm paid 2.5x as much and already had a raise makes me realize how much time I wasted with this crapshow of a company.

Pros

I was hired on as a contractor and I loved the company. I loved my job and I loved my team and management, once I became a full time employee, all of that changed.

Cons

Once I became a full time employee, management was different and I was miserable. We were micromanaged and the manager that was over us when I left was so impersonable, I hated working every single day.

Pros

I just read the post regarding our decision to return to office a minimum of 3 days per week (employees have the FLEXIBILITY to choose which days to work). I respect and understand that everyone has different situations that are attempting to navigate through these crazy and unprecedented times. What I don’t understand or respect is the defamation of character of our company President. Personally, I firmly believe our company has been incredibly flexible over the past 18 months. Now that we’re making the move to come back, they are investing in ways to bring us back in an exciting way while also balancing mental/emotional changes that come along with returning to office. Lunches are purchased 4 days per week, mental health is focused on front and center with scheduled stretch breaks and updates to our current benefits package to focus on mental health. To say our President is a control freak and uncaring isn’t only incredibly incorrect, it gives the appearance decisions are made in a vacuum within our organization. Major decisions aren’t driven by 1 person. Rather, surveys are deployed, reviewed and considered. Outside factors are analyzed and then groups of individuals from across the organization meet to debate the best path forward meant to care for our employees and our business objectives. I’m proud to work at Global Atlantic. I’m proud of and admire the President of our company who in my experience has shown grace, compassion and understanding all while balancing the success of our company which has been outstanding year over year. Thank you, Rob Arena, for your exceptional leadership!

Cons

I would say refresh of the Batesville office, but this is already in the works!
