Pros

Pay is decent considering they are willing to train, health insurance is cheap and or free depending on the option selected.

Cons

Very few and rare growth opportunities that go to whoever is greasing the managers up the most. There is and has never been written requirements to advance in the department. Its entirely about how liked you are. Sitting in a freezing cold office on a nice summer day is not a good way to be. They will tell you youre not a number on a spread sheet but that is completely false. You are merely a number on the graphs. They wont get to know you or what you can bring to the table, your value is how much work you get done. The team leaders are unqualified and uneducated on how to perform the role properly or even use the available technology to do the job. The people in the lead positions are individuals who have been put there because they are people who wont make a fuss or say no to there boss, nothing more,

Pros

The people I work with are wonderful. The office is beautiful. Other departments seem satisfied. If you are fortunate enough to be in a department other than the call center, and you have a manager who is working with you toward your success you can do great things at this company. The hybrid work schedule is amazing The benefits are great

Cons

The workload you are given compared to how the job is described when you’re hired is 180° from each other. Once you’re in, you’re expected to take on more work with with no extra pay and little training. The toxic positivity is a bit much. When you try to express your concerns, you’re told that’s just how things are because it’s a call center. Your manager has no idea how to do your job because the only job they have is to crunch your numbers. The turnover rate is incredibly high and instead of paying attention as to WHY people ,leave they keep hiring people every eight weeks. Many coworkers feel like the stress is making them sick. You are micromanaged to death. When you hit your metrics, your managers will be on you to keep going lower, coworkers, who constantly give out wrong information and make mistakes but are fast get rewarded ,those who take their time to thoroughly take care of customer issues get reprimanded for taking the time to do so.
