Pros

The company is focused on growth and that makes it an exciting time around here. The associates are really focused and engaged on what it takes to support that growth as well. This alignment of company and associates toward common goals and objectives is not common and is a joy to be a part of.

Cons

The commute is the only thing that comes to mind, but working downtown and with this company makes it worthwhile.

Pros

The culture is very engaging and supportive. There are plenty of opportunities to get engaged in the company outside of your day job. New programs and resources are being launched to develop skills and career. The company has a start up mindset, open to new ideas, yet has the stability and leadership of an established organization. Workspaces have started to transform into collaborative, contemporary places to work.

Cons

Can't wait for our workspace to expand; as we're running out of room, but I know it's coming soon!
