Pros

If you like to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done, this is a place for you. In just four months, I've been able to accomplish more than I thought possible. Leadership supports ideas and if you have a strong business case, you can turn your idea into a reality.

Cons

Slowly moving to bigger state of the art office space. In the meantime, space in general is limited. There has been fast, but managed growth.

Pros

Staffed with very bright people, work involves always facing new challenges that you're expected to drive to solution, well established leaders that along with other employees are also are all self-driven to listen, lead, and execute. GAFG is always rolling out new employee offerings and challenging work product. Strong sense of teamwork, building something together and information sharing. Culture encourages intra-company travel to see other team members with business rationale.

Cons

You are stretched - mentally, to accomplish things that may be outside your "day job" but either you thrive on that or don't.

Pros

Above-average pay and benefits; easily accessible technology and great tech support. Clearly defined (and transparent) goals at all levels creates an environment where every person understands how they contribute to the bigger picture. Executives are also relatively accessible and are happy to chat about corporate initiatives.

Cons

High expectations of accomplishing a lot in a little amount of time. While this can be exciting and rewarding in a pay-for-performance environment, it can be stressful as well.
