Good benefits and reasonable hours.

Cons

Global payments chose not to provide merit increases this year unless you were a director. Inflation doesn't stop because a company stops. The company laid off a lot of coworkers leaving current staff to pick up the pieces also increasing our on call to 12 times a year per worker. I'm expected to give up 1 weekend a month AND be "okay" with no wage increase. They have begun to ask a lot without giving anything in return.

Good benefits. Not much else. The health insurance is good. But everything else is subpar.

Cons

The management truly does not care about its employees, their safety, their mental health, or their overall wellbeing. On top of this they stole $1,100 off of my last paycheck by lying and cheating.
