Pros

It is in Atlanta. The staff is mostly professional. The management usually does not micromanage anymore. Mike Reidenbach is gone. Unfortunately Vin Perelli is still with them.

Cons

It was a nice place to work at until it began outsourcing jobs to Accenture. Then it lost all touch with its workers and just became another impersonal corporation that doesn't give a damn about its workers.

casual Fridays, steady work, fun staff, opportunity to learn

Cons

promotion based on who you know not what you know. Shipping many jobs overseas. Upper Management does not care about lower level employees.

Pros

Salary and benefits seem to be above average for Henderson, NV. People are nice to work with. The Building person tries very hard to make it fun.

Cons

Some Management is tough and driven and does not always tell you exactly what is going on. Hard to read what is really needed and the way they want things done changes a lot. They can also embarrass you in front of others.
