Too focused on growing through M&A to maintain a good culture.

Individual contributors and team members really cared about one another-good relationships.

Cons

Poor leaders, unfocused strategy outside of "big goals," the general sense was that individuals and teams could suddenly get RIFF'd without explanation. The worst was the lack of opportunities for advancement - constantly moving goal posts. Over the past 5 years or so, they've been solely focused on growing through M&A and it's left everyone in a constant scramble to look like they're valuable in the eyes of the company. Very little actual communication and accountability though.

Very diverse and internationally focused company. Many opportunities and many different business units across the globe.

Cons

Very disorganized technology and with ambiguous, entangling and often contradictory governance requirements that change monthly. Business units that do not meet revenue objectives will lower salaries of all employees to make up for missed revenue targets.

Benefits are awesome! The benefits plans are genuinely nice, great medical, dental, vision and the 401k plans are all top of class! That's as good as it gets!

Cons

Management is fake, schedules are merely suggestions, favoritism abounds, and unless you 'conform to their image' (translated become fake) you won't go anywhere.
