This is the most ridiculous place I've EVER worked! Firstly, you are micromanaged down to the MINUTE. Yes, you must punch in and punch out. The turn over rate is ridiculous. A 'tenured' employee here is considered 2-3 years. I've been here for 11 months, I've had not ONE meeting with my manager to discuss my progress or career development. Out of 11 months, I got ONE email saying I did a good job, and that was during my training period. The pay is laughable. A .60 pay increase is considered good. LOL! Management talks to you like you're absolute TRASH. Oh yea, and not to mention, they are offshoring a few departments in a couple months. To the Philippines. This place is terrible.

Good health benefits package along with nice vacation time for a private sector company. They planned team activities that the all departments could participate in.

Cons

I worked there for several years and had hopes that I would be able to advance. Unfortunately it was more about who you knew rather than what your skills or qualifications were.
