Would you want your children to someday work for this establishment? Absolutely NOT!

Cons

Management is unwilling to collaborate, preferential treatment, and no accountability. Employees are overworked, under appreciated, and team spirit is non-existent! How you make employees feel about themselves speaks volumes about your business!

Pros

A lot of smart people, you can easily learn a lot.

Cons

The environment was hostile, everyone fighting to keep their job and the pay is mediocre for the number of hats they expect you to wear. The organization is poor and often, plans are switched and not properly communicated to the people those plans depend on.

Pros

None, once this company bought off Heartland Payment Systems, management and the companies work ethics wen't to the crapper.

Cons

Bad management, no human skills, no leadership skills, HR is NOT for the people. Lots of Conflict of interest and no opportunities for growth or promotion unless you are besties with the right people. No work ethics! Micromanagement!
