I have been working at the company for 2 years now. It has a great and fast paced work environment with exceptional leaders willing to help. The staff is very friendly and a lot of activities for the employees to participate in.

Fun, fast paced work environment. Great leadership that is all hands on deck, able and willing to help where they can. Willing to listen to employees and implement change as needed. Huge community outreach and proud of what we do.

Management is fantastic and easy to communicate with. You have the ability to work with a great amount of people.

Cons

Lack of general knowledge since employees are specialized into a certain aspect of the system. Two silos exist between developing and supporting the software.
