Pros

Family-owned, and very personable. President knows everyone by name, even as we approach 200 employees. Offers a quarterly bonus to all employees (depending on sales that quarter). A little bit of flexibility in work schedule.

Cons

A lot of technical changes planned in the future puts a lot of pressure on the R&D department for the next few years, but will be well worth it.

Amazing company culture, benefits for employees, fun company events and opportunities to serve the community. This is a company that values and develops its employees. Truly the best company I have ever worked for.
