Lots of opportunity to work on new things and expand your experience.

Cons

Low level of professionalism and industry experience of colleagues. Unseasoned management, no industry experience of most contributors, bullying attitude of decision makers.

Wonderful company to work for, unfortunately the culture and processes got significantly eroded after the Pearson acquisition.

Great culture, amazing group of people, inspired (and inspiring) leadership, fantastic products, fun kickoff.

Cons

Often strapped for cash, which prevents the company from really spreading is wings. This was overcome by the Pearson acquisition, but at an excessive cost.
