Where should I start? With the recent completion of the Pearson acquisition, the original GlobalEnglish leadership team is pretty much all gone. The new leadership team still doesn't seem to fully understand the market and the business and come up with the right strategies, and they have been doing a very poor job of communicating with all levels of the company about their vision and plan. Product line up & Go-to-Marketing strategy are weak. Pricing strategy is unrealistic to the market and competitions. Employee morale is low, and pretty much every month you hear a long time employee leaving the company.

At the time change management was an area that needed a great deal of work. Management was aware however and working on the issues. A lopsided management team that was not always cohesive in decision making, which caused pain points to lower tier management and the rest of the team.
