Pros

Work life balance. Hybrid nature of work. Vision will be clear. The management will show interest in individual growth as well for the employees (I hope its not fake). The Glint survey they carry out for the employees is well framed.

Cons

Lacks planning and scheduling of work to meet deadlines which creates stress in the last moment. The interview was taken by the whole team itself about which interviewee is not informed beforehand which shows lack of respect for the prospective and even current employees. Favouritism is largely prevalent here (as evident from the structure of teams in which people usually belong to a particular region be it south or north). Females can have varied experience. Everything is made to sound fair but most females complain about partiality done towards males when it comes to assigning important work. Due credit is not given. The glint survey is well-framed but doesn't show any significant change in the overall working of the team or even that of the manager.
