Pros

Nothing is good about the organization

Cons

Toxic culture. Too many redundant senior management glory hunters with primitive mindset enjoying high salary sitting in their ivory tower. Top management will claim credit while the ground people are treated like slaves. Top management is exceptionally good at blaming the ground people when things go wrong. Racism is norm. Minorities are treated like criminals. Definitely no work life balance. Not a great workplace for future generations. Wages super low for ground staff who is doing most of the work.
