1. GF abuses international students, with very low pay compared to industry 2. HR and executives not transparent with employees 3. Company is always making excuse that they have tight money, but higher Executives gets all the benefits, they don't treat junior employees equal

Cons

Low basic even if you have experience. People with papers who don't know how to work gets paid more. Reactive safety culture. Too many old people therefore fear of change. Caveman mentality and culture. Top management always ask for feedbacks but nothing changes.
