Pros

Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. Salary looks big in CTC but the reality is completely different.

Cons

This is one of the most miser companies I’ve seen in the product-based space. They include Gratuity inside the CTC just to inflate the salary numbers. I have never seen any true product company do this. Parental insurance is not fully covered—employees are forced to pay 50% of the premium. What product-based company does this? If the company cannot even provide basic insurance to employees’ families, it clearly shows where the priorities are. Worst WFO forcing: even when the work is completely doable from home, they unnecessarily force everyone into office. And the funniest part is that half the time there is not even a place to sit. What’s the point of calling people to office without proper infrastructure? Work culture is a disaster. No proper communication, no coordination, everybody is busy surviving rather than contributing. Extremely hectic workload because they recently laid off highly experienced employees and dumped all their responsibilities on remaining staff. Cafeteria is terrible—poor quality food and no proper options. Overall, the company is running on cost-cutting mode, squeezing employees at every possible point while pretending to be a “product-based company.” Hectic workload because they laid off highly experienced employees and dumped all their responsibilities on remaining staff.
