Organization is declining very fast

Pros

PTO is great, there are many paid holidays you have off. Health insurance and dental are also great.

Cons

Extremely high turnover. Recent layoffs. Many employees are absorbing other roles and responsibilities due to lack of staff. Overall the organization is worsening over the years with no signs of improvement unfortunately.

Lacking Diversity!

Pros

- Health benefits - PTO - Professional development - Remote work

Cons

GlobalGiving is seriously lacking diversity! There needs to be more people of color, specifically on the Growth and Grants team. GG claims to want to reflect the community they serve but this is not the current reality. There needs to be more effort to hire people of color and people form historically marginalized communities.
