Pros

GlobalGiving is a caring workplace and staff want to be responsive to one another and nonprofit partners' needs. We hold high expectations for ourselves and our colleagues. There are more promotion opportunities than in the past as the organization grows. Benefits are generous (and improving) for full-time staff.

Cons

There can be a lot to achieve and never enough time in the day.

Pros

GlobalGiving spends more time focusing on the needs of its employees than any other place I've worked. There are travel opportunities, professional development funds for each staff member, and several spaces for employee feedback and conversations. The staff is among the friendliest, most hardworking people I've enjoyed working with. Many staff stay on for 8+ years, which shows the power of the mission and culture of the organization.

Cons

As with any nonprofit organization, you must juggle many tasks and be prepared to shift priorities.
