      Kind of approach grooms you well and gives you the chance to learn. The technology stack is new. Mentorship and environment is great.

      - A lot of professional developers. Always could assist you. - Interesting projects. Some of them feels like startups. - If project finished, they keep pay you until find new project. - Cozy office.

      Cons

      - Outsourcing company. Oriented on gaining money from customer. Sells middle level developers as senior and asks from middle developer as from senior. - Salary increase process is very long and in the end you get half sum you requested.
