Pros

GSAT is currently working on launching next-generation satellites and introducing new consumer products. The company seems to be well-positioned to launch the satellites and the new products should be successful. By joining Globalstar, you will be involved in helping create a strong company. You will be given more responsibility and have a greater impact than you could in a similar position in a larger, more stable company.

Cons

The ultimate outcome should be a strong, stable company, but at this point the company is still in transition and did have to complete a few RIFs. Several employees have responsibility far above their title and grade and have not been given the corresponding promotions/pay increases.
