Lack of management's ability to actually manage and inability to improve skills or move up unless you are one of the "in crowd". During my time there, I was never given a review, much less a raise, and my manager didn't provide any direction whatsoever. In fact, my manager's lack of direction and interest in what I was doing actually impeded my ability to do my job.

Management is very poor and does not communicate effectively. When attempts are made to communicate, the calls go unanswered or not returned. Up line managers seem very insecure in their roles as though they are covering their own behinds regularly and hold back the information that is needed for their teams to be successful.
