Pros

Team mates are nice and like to help. Casual dress. All the cofee you want. Ok pay to start.

Cons

No raise! Told you not a good employee even thogh customers are happy with you and ask to talk to you when they call back. Must take breaks and lunch right when told. If 1 second late then you are red and get bad points. They don't care about employees. Even though we are who talk to the customers.

Pros

Good atmosphere and nice people to work with.

Cons

very poor Management. greadyness unpaid lunch time. unrespectful and cheating management, that will make up everything to fire workers the first week they start working, and when the work drop they will fire you without any regret. this is not a place with a Career Opportunities very work/life balance: sometimes you finish work at midnight and work the next day at 7am schedule keep changing every time and have to work night shifts. a good place for animals not for humans
