Pros
Friendly people. Get to work on some new/cool tech if you're lucky. Don't have to work too hard and easy to get promoted.
Cons
Very low on the pay scale, probably among the lowest. Poor benefits that keep decreasing. No bonus given even though announced a bonus for the first time ever. Made some nonsense excuse to not pay a measly 2% bonus. This is after the stock had doubled! Co-workers weren't the most skilled, had to deal with a lot of bad coding practices. Some projects were maintaining terrible legacy code base. Lot of short-term projects that go nowhere. Continuously rotating projects and on-boarding to maximize utilization. Having to deal with bad clients.
