404 Not Found 304 Cache Paycheck since 2022 In a country with 230% anual inflation

Cons

Let just start with internet compensation. It is 6usd for someone hired to work remotely You are sold to customer as Sr Master Super Developer, although you just start you career as developer. You are lucky if you get more than 1000usd compensation per month (and thats if you are Senior with more than 5years of exp)

Benefit Structure is good Remote working Flexibility Good work personal life balance

Cons

Career progression though on paper is actually not there Slow and ineffective Sales leading to small time engagements with random entry and exit into a Talent pool ( Now branded as DOJO) where the ticker to lay you off starts running ; Exit after 75 days No roles opportunities on projects that cuts across multiple technologies and domain
