      -Globant has a powerful way of mentorship and leadership for the employee professional growth. -Globant has a very good communication with the employees of the incoming work and new benefits - Has excellent offices around the world that gives you a different experience when working - Globant has an excellent way to be selected for the projects and it has excellent final customers and interesting projects

      Cons

      - Payment sometimes is not the best in comparison to other companies, especially if you work in not developed countries, they pay in the local currency - Some projects expects from you more than you can offer according to your seniority level - Some leader don't really know about your behavior in the project since they are not involved in the project you are working on - a lot of new internal processes trying to be better as a company that can make create confusion in the employees about how to act or proceed with some needs.

      With thousands of distributed employees and a mostly flat organization, it can be hard to find a straight answer on procedures etc Pay is fair but could be better in such a competitive market
