      Pros

      Good overall work/life balance. Great healthcare benefits, nice package of technologies and skills to sell (different story when actually delivering). Can learn a lot about a lot of different technologies and solutions. Majority of people are super nice.

      Cons

      Hard to make any real money as company has hard time full-filling some of what is actually sold. Lots of focus on #'s. Constantly asking what can you do for me tomorrow. Very heavy Latin presence. Only 1 non-Argentine in leadership team. Not the place to lead. Sr. Mgmt is lead by a very aggressive COO who is just focused on $.

      A company that reached for the stars but crashed hard on the rocks of reality

      Pros

      smart people, pro-active and engaged work-style, very friendly environment within the teams.

      Cons

      Poor middle management, strange go-2-market organization, no collaboration between the business units. Top Management was completely detached from reality with completely unrealistic goals and not the right strategy to reach them. Share-price development proves it.
