They have good and long term clients. Some clients like GM/AD is best client to work for. Salary for Software Engineer and DevOps is good here. Office location is good.

Cons

Some Globant India policies needs to be changed. e.g. 1. You will have to conduct Interviews for Globant. 2. You will have to give technical presentation once a quarter. 3. You will have to write blogs and post them from Globant medium account. These above things are compulsory with your work as they will affect your yearly Appraisal/Promotion. It doesn't matter how many hours you are working for client and how much recommendation/awards you get from client for your good work.
