      Somewhat flexible, decent healthcare, decent benefits

      Cons

      Horribly unorganized. If you're in Globant, you'll notice that almost all upper management roles and director roles are employees from Argentina, and very few women or diversity employees.

      Pros

      Unfortunately, very little Pros'. Base salary competitive, otherwise nothing positive but great marketing (FIFA, Formula 1, etc.)

      Cons

      2nd worst engagement in my career. Billion dollar company run like a startup, but not with the fun and the creativity, but with the chaos and inefficiencies. Silo thinking and claiming it's advisory but it's a pure play staffing business with per capita revenues at the end. Middle management completely incapable of leadership; no creativity, no compassion. After 1.5 years, EVERYONE that I started with had left the company.

      The people were very nice

      Cons

      It was miserable working in the US for a company that has no idea how to do business in the US. People were set up for failure again and again by either relocating to the US not understating the market or getting hired for a "full time" job in the US only to realize that they are basically doing contracted project work. I don't know how many people I saw be fired because projects would end and the company could no longer employ them. It was sad and a terrible way to treat people.
