Great Pay if you're a hard worker and someone whose not afraid to get out there and handle rejection. Because you're going to get a lot of them

Cons

Pros

The people at globe were awesome. The projects are pretty basic. The work life balance is awesome. PTO is industry average.

Cons

The pay was well below market value for my role. The technology is super outdated which could be a pro for someone looking to be apart of a complete rebuild.
