Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

Once hired, HR becomes an 800#, very impersonal, nobody wants to answer questions, it's impossible to obtain an email or phone number to speak to a designated person. There is no flexibility whatsoever. Managers are on you like a warden. The training is ridiculously intense and rushed. I began getting migraines. You will never be able to take a complete 15 minute break nor a 30 minute lunch because of all the apps you have to change your status in and if you are late to punch in for any reason, you will be called out. You will be docked. You cannot apply for a different role until you've been in your role for over a year, you have to stay in the same dept.

Pros

Schedule flexibility for online employees is the only pro

Cons

Zero growth opportunities, mediocre benefits and salary, they move you to different roles without officially changing your title or adjusting compensation, HR takes ages to respond if ever, promotions and raises are constantly discouraged, if you have a question everyone tells you they don't know or that it's not up to them or anyone they know, extremely poor communication with leadership, they might hire you to be remote but will hang the threat of bringing you in person at anytime.
