Pros

I was able to work from home I was able to deny any OT without confrontation I was able to call off work without confrontation.

Cons

The standards and goals the company forces towards your performance requires you to operate as a machine. It's considered a negative mark against you to take any amount of time off the phone that isn't a schedule break or lunch, even if its just to use the bathroom. The time per call they expect you to be at doesn't allow you enough time to carefully examine the customer's problem more often than not. You have to actively try and get someone off the call, or withhold important information if it wasn't asked about, in order to meet your phone handle time.

Pros

Can work from the comfort of your own home and they supply equipment.

Cons

They excite you with talk of how easy it is to grow within the company. But starting out you just take payments and update information. They tell you that your not allowed to disconnect the call if the caller is rude and belligerent, they have a whole department that is responsible to resolve the issues the customer faces, only problem is the resolution department never wants to do their job. Will tell you if the client hasn't asked for resolution specifically then you have to take the call. But the client wont ask for resolution or even a manager if they are being rude and cussing you out. Its a lose lose situation. Get a few checks and get the heck on. and that is my honest opinion. I would never work for them again and they are a scam when it comes to life insurance. You think your getting a deal but the games they play with people... Nope

Pros

There are No PROS for this company!

Cons

The position I worked was QA. The training was great. But once I hit the live floor they true colors came out. The supervisors are trained to belittle you every chance they get. The Pick on you about every thing. First, you better not be human. You need to work like a robot and not think about breathing until your break. The want you talking nonstop so bathroom breaks is at the question until your break. Their KPI is unrealistic they want you to be dialing like an automatic dialer. The closes are not going to happen cause the false advertise and harass their customers. They have us call customers every 2 hrs all day long and by time the customer answer their mad and want to cancel. They also micro manage you. Watching you behind their screens. They have no trust in their workers. And as soon as you think you doing a good job hear go the Supervisor find something else to harass you about. The mental anguish of this job is not worth it. If you desperate go for it but you'll be quitting in About 2 weeks from Start date. Let me give it to you this way everyone in my training class quit.
