Have to bust the tables. A lot of work for little pay. Bad environment

- One of the managers, Princess, was the laziest manager I've ever met. She spent most of the shift just chatting it up with servers. She was the slowest person on expo. She'd stare at the screen for like 5 mins, grab one item, then stare at the screen for another 5 mins. It was infuriating waiting for her to hurry up and put your order on the tray when you could see it sitting right there. - kitchen staff was insanely slow, I've never worked in a kitchen this slow before. Orders were always wrong, and they were always missing sides despite it being on the screen right in front of them. And when you would ask for a side that THEY missed, they'd give you a hard time and it'd take forever. By the time you got the side, the customer was already finished eating. - bar was slow too, they were responsible for the bar top, about 10-12 tables, and for all the drinks in the restaurant. And in the mornings, there was only one bartender which isn't abnormal, but since it's a sportsbar, most people wanted to sit at the bar top so the bartenders were pretty overworked. By the time my customer's got their drinks, their entrees were already on the table. - pay in tips was not at all worth the stress from that job
