Pros

Makes you realize how important a college education is so your not stuck with a dead end job like this. The staff and managers are nice

Cons

Your 2.13 base + tips always comes out to minimum wage Hard workers who stay with the company aren't promoted or don't get any additional bonuses to their salary Your job title is host but you do the jobs of a host, busboy, and janitor After taxes you make $5 an hour or less

Cons

didnt have great specials which hurt business at times when other competitive restaurants did, $5 burger mondays were good and the $5 apps, but never real drink specials
