I worked her while I was in high school they worked well with scheduling me around all my after school programs. Tips come from % of entire resturant sales for the night versus the servers.

Cons

Employee should eat for free.

The people are pretty nice and fairly friendly that you work with. Sometimes they can be really immature though. But overall fun

Cons

You'll bring home cash every night you work but don't expect to make a lot. Business is slow here and it's almost a waste.
