Pros

Flexible hours, the managers are usually great to work with, great place to really work on your people skills and communication

Cons

With the wrong people in these positions, people can bring personal lives into work. It's not always known when a shift will end and can be somewhat frustrating

late nights, lots of stress, low pay, standing all of the time, no breaks unless you are doing a volume shift
