      Good for freshers to learn

      Cons

      No financial motivation. Exploits you. Cheapest salary. If asked for hike. They inquire cheaply as what brand of underpant you wear. Which soap you use. The CTO himself asks such thing. Reason being his involvement is in micro decisions. HR dept is his face and tongue. And says that he wants to teach financial control and fitment... huh whatever! CEO is afraid of CTO. CTO runs organisation and takes each small decsn.

      I started my career with Zen Test Labs. I got a very good start in my career. Best Learning experience so far in my career. Deep focus on test design and testing principles. Open and fun Lot of monthly trainings

      Cons

      Management was very risk averse and multiple levels of reviews kills creativity. Too much domain focused.

      No Pros working with this company and my recommendation would be avoid joining.

      Cons

      No job security. You can be fired any moment No independence to work, unnecessary involvement of CTO in small small day to day activity. No Processes in place and expects everything to be done by the new person joining in. No clear expectation is set with the employee. If you are a Fresher you have to work 6 days a week.
