      There are no pros for the company

      Cons

      CEO has allot of time to micro manage in a junior levels work. Will load you with work but suddenly during appraisals will highlight how you are not doing good so they skip on increments. Finance is handled by the sister of the CEO who is not at all capable. Multiple errors and still overlooked. Unprofessional brother sister duo that will ruin your career

      Been part of this company for 3+ years now,and can by experience can say, This is a company that is really helping people every single day by providing appropriate working environment, opportunities to challenge yourself and learn something new every day. Work is fast paced and leadership is always pushing and driving ahead in every way. It's exciting to be part of it. Management is firmly committed to helping persons served and employees to do their best. Supportive Management, Flexibility in working hours, including WFH facility helps maintain a healthy Work Life balance.

      Cons

      This isn't really a con but there is a realistic expectation that every employee should work hard to do their job and get it done,strech if need be.

      Pros

      I think it's great to be a part of a company that truly cares and sees you as a collaborator and not just an employee or subordinate. They have an amazing work space and are pretty flexible, which is a great add on! If you have the will and conviction to excel then this is the place for you that lets you carve your own niche.

      Cons

      There are no cons I can really think of, it's surely a place for those who love to take ownership and who can deliver impact.
