It’s entirely remote now, but still creates a genuine sense of community with the team, even internationally. They’re all about giving regular shoutouts and recognition and rewards for loyalty and results. Since it’s a growing company, there’s always opportunities to expand and make recommendations that will be heard, considered, and often acted on.
