Pros

People are nice, collaborative and enjoy working there. Remote work with the option of going into a fun office. Very silicon valley, startup feel. Unlimited PTO and good health benefits. John who is in charge of the SDR's is amazing. Bryan, the VP of sales and marketing, can be intimidating but is a really great leader.

Cons

I loved GoCo and thought very highly of everyone at the company, until I was fired without warning after just being promoted into a new role a few months prior. The company boasts about their all inclusive culture while having a male dominant sales team, low base salaries and a one sided sales trainer.
