Incredible close-knit community. Open to everyone bringing new ideas and trying them out. An org of people truly trying their best to improve the team as a whole.

Cons

Frustrating growing pains as an organization. New execs have caused some disorganization. Not as much transparency or appreciation towards the team as needed.
