Pros

Food trucks are pretty cool Business is growing Great way to dive into all things internet for those interested in the industry

Cons

I really don't have anything negative. Some of the changes with the holiday party and less "fun" at work has been somewhat of a bummer, but expected with a growing company.

Thank you for the great feedback! As we have grown, we have tried new spins on the holiday party. Just in the past couple years, we have moved from 1 big event to events closer to the local homes of our employees. With each iteration, the feedback received from the prior events is taken into account for future planning, so keep your thoughts coming and we will do our best to make the parties great! The same can be said of having 'fun' at work. While the environment is certainly different from 10 years ago when I started, the goal is still to make your time as enjoyable as possible. We are growing faster than ever in Advanced Technical Support so look for your chance to provide feedback on how we can do a better job in creating a 'fun' atmosphere for the team! Thank you for all you do!

Pros

Free Benefits for full time employees. Great Christmas parties. Competitive pay. Set schedule. Subsidized lunches. Bonuses for most departments. 401k with company matching. Employee stock purchase program.

Cons

High sales quotas. Politics and tennure are main factors for promotions. Leadership is always changing so you never can get settled in with your supervisor.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. We pride ourselves on having an incredible benefits program that not only includes great medical, dental, vision, etc., but also a focus on living a balanced and healthy life. From a compensation standpoint, we are always keeping an eye on our various compensation structures. We benchmark against the industries and want to have a comp plan that is helps us to attract and retain the very best talent around. We are currently working on replacing all computers through out all locations. We have already replaced over 1000 and have more to deploy every quarter. Moving up in the company as big and diverse as GoDaddy has always been a challenge to date . It was shared with us in our annual employee survey the GDvoice. Based upon powerful feedback received from our employees across the company we have just recently rolled out a career path strategy that outlines the certifications, knowledge and traits needed to move to other roles in the company. Thank you, Brad Ehly Customer Care Director

Pros

Pays a living wage and has good benefits, allows you to live a healthy life with decent wages, paid sick/vacation time and good medical benefits.

Cons

Stressful at times, management means well I assume but are slow to react to workloads and do not seem to have access to the data needed to properly staff and compensate departments appropriately.
