I have none. Sometimes management isn't quick enough to screen the call and I would get a person who actually wanted to buy instead of one of management's favorites taking the call.

Cons

Taking inbound sales calls from disgruntled customers and then be expected to upsell customer on a solution, all while being told by "management" that they were successful...and how successful they were when they were in my role....blah..blah...blah. I would answer the phone with the hope(s) that I'd get a call where someone would want to buy a website design service, only to have that person cancel because the design service team was so inept at understanding the customer and customer's need(s).

Pros

Benefits are pretty good. Work from home is cool.

Cons

Entry into sales is much more customer service than sales on tech issues. Predicted earnings in interview aren't for several months down the line. Basically meaning you are hourly tech help instead of sales for minimum 3 or 4 months.

Great company to work for. Demanding but rewarding, great prpgresssions

Cons

net promoter score affects pay, cannot overturn any bad ones even if advisor not at fault.
