The company has some cool perks with benefits and if you get a good sup or guidance it can be enjoyable, youll learn a lot and the discounts are sick.

Cons

sleazy sales, the other sides to godaddy are great but the hourly employees get treated like crap.

High Hope, but Bait-and-Switch Culture

Working remote is a very nice Pro. Very welcoming and fun on-ramping for classroom and Academy. Initially perceived amazing culture.

Cons

The worst leadership I’ve ever encountered in the corporate world. I was threatened weekly/daily to get written up in the first weeks in the roll as a NEW hire. Fear mongering and “watch your back” culture. Zero real leadership. Celebrated for nothing, and nothing is good enough regardless of successes. HR didn’t respond to serious concerns for (3) days when I reached out. Zero concern about their employees and their personal lives and mental health. The culture they presented is not the actual one you’ll encounter once you get to your team and Supervisor. You’ll likely not get your bonus, especially as goals rise. 90% of the hires I came on with left out of the gate. Low pay. Started getting the same feedback from team members and the employee who referred me.
