If a guide struggles to meet a performance expectation, they receive a dedicated coaching plan and spend extra time with their leader to give them the best chance for success. Along with our set attendance policy for Care employees, we do offer sick days plus additional personal days throughout the year to help with unforeseen circumstances. With current events, we also work with our People Ops team to accommodate as much as possible for employees that report a positive Covid test. In addition, we have allowed our guides flexibility when they need to do a shift slide if something comes up for them with their family.
